Delivery
Any items available from stock can be dispatched with 48 hours and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Cost of delivery is a flat rate or $5 per order in the US for regular ground shipping. We will contact you as soon as your order is submitted to confirm the expected delivery and payment. Some items can be custom ordered on request and these orders have a longer lead time and additional charges. For custom orders of bags, please contact us at info@plaidaboutyou.com.

Returns and Exchanges
Goods may be returned for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds on orders we consider used or damaged. We are not responsible for goods in transit. Please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage and allow 1 week for any returns to be processed. Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur, please contact us and we will arrange for collection.
